Gotta be honest - this is why I don’t talk about eating disorder stuff very often. The long list of comments talking about how people have to be stopped from overeating just…. ugh.
I should not be surprised that I am not doing so great right now about this.
Every time, every bloody time, it gets turned into “fat people should just not be allowed to eat”.
Being on the receiving end of that is like being eroded away - now and again it erodes through to a spot that is tender and sore.
I hope you find something that soothes that tender, sore spot. For me, knowing I am not alone helps, so if it helps you, I know how it feels and you’re not alone.
